Real Estate Angel is a certified member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), this should be regarded as very important as certified estate agents of the REIV must hold appropriate licensing, insurance and complete continued industry education.

Our service is not limited by the real estate experience of the client, we service first time buyers and we service experienced property investors. However our service is limited to the suburbs in which we feel we have a good local knowledge and which we see as the better performing locations for steady and secure capital growth.

The business of Real Estate Angel was first registered in 2001, as a sales advisory service to real estate sellers, however in late 2008 a shift was made to focus exclusively on the service of real estate buyers. This change in direction was motivated by a desire to service a market that was time poor, misinformed and often neglected by conventional sales agents. We often found that the people with the biggest problems when it came to sell, had in fact made the biggest mistakes at the time of buying.

The point of our service goes much deeper than just saving you time and reducing the frustration normally associated with buying a property. We want you to employ our service again and again as you develop an educated confidence in using property to secure your financial future and Real Estate Angel as your helpful guiding hand.

Based on a clients budget and personal criteria we conduct our service with a view to healthy long term gains, while you might be buying just your first or second property today. We can educate and assist you in the accumulation of a property portfolio, with which you can rely on for a financially rewarding retirement within 10 - 15 years.

Our core business operations are in the inner south east Melbourne market and include the inner suburbs of South Yarra, Toorak, Armadale, Prahran, Caulfield, Elwood, St Kilda, Middle Park, Albert Park, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, East Melbourne, Richmond, Hawthorn, Camberwell and Malvern.
