In most cases we can identify the previous sale price of any specific property.

If the real estate purchase is for an investment property we will also help identify the genuine market rental that should be achieved.

Information will be gathered for the purposes of building a negotiation strategy.

Stategy Development

We will review all relevant paper work and documentation.

We will identify a fair market range of value for the property you have selected as your purchase target.

We will seek as much general market information to provide leverage for negotiating in your favour.

We will seek as much relevant information about the seller’s motivation to provide leverage for negotiating in your favour.

In the case of an Auction sale, we will provide our personal attendance and strategic bidding services.

Upon a successful purchase result, we will include our supervision and attendance to signing of the contract of sale documentation – post Auction.
