"A Nervouse first time property investor ..."

At first we were worried that if we purchased an investment property on our limited budget, that we would be forced to buy in the poorer quality areas where the risk of rental loss and property damage from tenants is greater.

Jason first explained the difference between a good quality property and a bad one and then he showed us the benefits we could obtain by purchasing a quality apartment in a blue chip location.

The property that suited us best required a few cosmetic updates (which Jason helped organise). It has also been very pleasing that recent sale results in the area surrounding our apartment have improved more than around our own suburban home.
